Yes, for the best results and an easier removal process, we recommend softening the earwax beforehand. Simply apply a few drops of olive oil (or any over-the-counter ear drops) into each ear 3 times a day for at least 1–2 days prior to your appointment. This helps loosen the wax and often makes the procedure quicker and more comfortable.
What are the signs of impacted earwax?
Common symptoms include muffled hearing, ear fullness or blockage, earache, tinnitus (ringing), itchiness, dizziness, or a feeling of pressure in the ear.
How long does an earwax removal appointment take?
